I am quite pleased with the work Southern Exteriors did at my place. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Amazing! My roof looked great when it was completed. They thoroughly cleaned up all of the roofing materials on the ground when they finished. A project manager came by to check on the work and see if he could help out. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Mr. Qadry Townes did an excellent job in helping me to get a good price on windows I've been looking to replace since I moved in my home last year. He was very professional and honest about the scope of work to be done and was very genuine.

Southern Exteriors recently completed a gutter replacement. They were in and out and could not tell they were there except for the amazing gutters. It was nice during the first rain after the install to now hear water flowing out of my gutters. I would recommend them to anyone, second job they have done on my house, I am thoroughly impressed. Here are some before and after pics. Major difference and am very happy with their craftsmanship and professionalism.

We had the original cedar siding replaced on our house (1960 Ranch). The original cedar shakes were 17" with a 14" reveal and we wanted to go with fiber cement board in the widest possible plank format. Our sales person and project manager let us know about the James Hardie, Cedar Mill, siding in the 12" format with a 10 ¾" reveal. It was exactly what we were looking for. This particular format enabled us to maintain as much of the period look as possible. Along with re-flashing the window frames and also painting, the project could not have turned out any better. We have already had many of our friends and neighbors ask about who did the work and what kind of siding we chose... and we're happy to let them know about Southern Exteriors. In particular, our project manager, who was also the sales person we worked with, went above and beyond in his efforts to both accurately quote the project and also have it finish as close to the forecasted time as was reasonable. He was the only person from the three companies we approached for quotes to spend time in our crawlspace and attic, and was the only person to actually removed original shingles to confirm what lay beneath. As you will see in the pictures, the end product was worth the money.

We are in the process of doing home renovations and hired Southern Exteriors for a couple of projects already. Rebuilt decks/Day Room from screened porch. Awhile back new gutters. They did such good work that we will be using them again.
